Is my donation Zakat-eligible?
Yes, when you choose "Zakat" as the donation type. Zakat is kept in a separate fund and spent only on eligible recipients.
Can I choose exactly where my money goes?
Yes. You can give to a pillar, a department, a specific project or campaign — or to the general fund, used where the need is greatest.
Will I get a receipt?
An official receipt is shown right after payment, emailed to you, and saved in your account if you have one.
How do I know my donation was used?
Project pages show progress updates with photos, and our annual and financial reports are published in the Transparency section.
Do I need an account to donate?
No. You can give as a guest. Creating an account afterwards lets you track all your gifts and receipts in one place.
